WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday (not including U.S. holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking info for your order.
Eliza Rose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, along with returned packages due to an invalid or undeliverable address.
We only offer shipping within the United States for the time being.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/ REFUND POLICY?
We gladly accept return requests within 15 days of the date that the item was received.
Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT.
Returns must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags still on. Items must be scent and animal hair free.
Please email us at info@elizaroseboutique.com to request a return or an exchange.
If we are unable to exchange an item for your desired size, we will issue store credit in the form of a gift card.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED?
Please email us at info@elizaroseboutique.com within 2 days of receiving the item.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes! If you wish to make a change to your order including address updates, item updates, or cancellations, please email us at info@elizaroseboutique.com IMMEDIATELY! Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 days so changes after fulfillment may incur additional fees.
